Beef fillet & Wiesnbauern chicken / or fillet only
With standard stock or Tom Kha Gai
Served with: new potatoes, braised beetroot, roasted carrots, mixed leaf salad with house dressing, tomato and mozzarella, herb baguette & delicious sauces

Cheese fondue
Traditional Swiss cheese fondue – prepared with a careful selection of fine cheeses.
