We — the Heinrichsberger family — call Chiemgau home. This is where we grew up; we have deep roots here and feel a strong connection to this region. Our love for nature, craftsmanship, and hospitality gave rise to the Agrad Chalet Village — a labor of love that has been with us from the very beginning.

We wanted to create a place where you can let go. Where the mountains are close by, time passes a little more slowly, and you can simply reconnect with yourself. A place that is honest, beautiful, and authentic — just like life here with us.

Our chalets, designed in a modern tiny-house style, combine Bavarian charm with clean design and invite you to feel at home. With our experience from three inns and as the operators of the Auerbräu tent at the Rosenheim Autumn Festival, we live and breathe hospitality — down-to-earth, warm-hearted, and with a joy for every detail.
