Our chalet village has always been closely connected to its surroundings.
Nestled in the moorland of Aschau im Chiemgau, surrounded by tranquil forests, this place is characterized by peace, unspoiled beauty, and the power of nature.
For us, the forest is more than just a backdrop — it is a place of retreat, a source of strength, and a daily companion. The unique landscape of the moor, the clear air, and the forests surrounding the chalet village create a space where you can find peace and reconnect with yourself.
Eco — logical
The Agrad Chalet Village was built sustainably on the site of a former campground, without expanding the area. We deliberately chose eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient construction methods. The project was carried out exclusively with regional partners—to create a harmonious balance between comfort and nature and to preserve the natural habitat.

Clean — but done right
We clean our chalets and suites exclusively using the innovative technology from medeco cleantec.
This process uses pure, hot steam — without any chemical cleaning agents. This not only ensures hygienic cleanliness but also protects the environment, conserves resources, and safeguards your health.
Compared to conventional cleaning methods, this means:

By completely eliminating chemical cleaning agents, significantly less packaging waste is generated.
Approximately 95% less water consumption
Instead of large amounts of water, cleaning with micro-dry steam requires only a few liters — efficient and resource-saving.
99.99% germ reduction
Temperatures exceeding 180 °C ensure thermal disinfection and the highest level of hygiene on all surfaces.
100% elimination of cleaning agents
No chemicals, no residues — for a healthy indoor environment and a positive experience for guests, employees, and the environment.

Local — brilliant.
Our dishes are prepared fresh daily. We make a point of using regional and seasonal ingredients. We source our meat and many other ingredients primarily from local farmers and select suppliers — ensuring quality, short supply chains, and authentic flavor.
Our tap water is of the highest drinking quality and comes 100% from the Haindorf spring — simply brilliant.

When designing the outdoor areas, we attach great importance to planting native shrubs, bushes and trees.
