With 12 chalets and 15 suites, the Agrad Chalets offer a perfect balance of privacy and community, embedded in a self-sufficient yet centralised village concept. At the heart of the village is a year-round heated outdoor pool with an elegant wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing. Comfortable loungers and seating create a feel-good atmosphere in which you can enjoy your time out. The main building houses the reception and the suites, which blend harmoniously into the design concept. A spacious fitness and yoga room with breathtaking panoramic views awaits you at the edge of the hotel - the perfect place to strengthen your body and mind in the midst of unspoilt nature.
For families, there is a playground with a variety of play options.
Practical facilities such as an electric charging station (free for Porsche drivers), a bicycle storage room and plenty of parking spaces offer additional convenience.

The village of Aschau im Chiemgau is perfect for relaxing and exploring - with numerous hiking trails, a natural outdoor pool & moor pool directly opposite, as well as restaurants, shops and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

Lake Chiemsee, ‘the Bavarian Sea’, and many other lakes in the region are just 10 minutes away from the chalet village. Hiking destinations such as the Kampenwand and the Geigelstein invite you to explore. You can reach Salzburg in 45 minutes and Munich in an hour.
